Both models are ASTM-certified safety boots with the same retractable spike system the GEN 3 uses. The difference between them is height and insulation: the REBEL I is a 6-inch cut with 200 g of Thinsulate, the REBEL II an 8-inch cut with 400 g. Sizes 10 and 11 are currently out across both models.
